Please note that there is very very little indoor accommodation available at this event - if you have access needs that would require you to sleep indoors, please get in touch to discuss this.
Catering: Full catering is on offer at additional cost TBC. No kitchen facilities are available for you to use otherwise - if you have access needs that would require you to have kitchen access, please get in touch to discuss this.

Space is limited so booking will be operated on a first come first serve basis - staggered payment options can be arranged. Please note that until January 23rd 2015, we will only be accepting bookings to play from existing players (and existing crew who wish to switch to playing). Anyone may book thereafter.

Booking will open shortly after Event Two: The Dancers
If you cancel your booking more than four weeks before the event we will fully refund your payment. If you cancel between 4 and 2 weeks before the event we will refund you half your booking fee. If you cancel your booking less than two weeks before the event then we will be unable to offer a refund.
