Once a Tera Sheban Judge of some small standing, Tienne arrived on Hom about a year ago. It was not long before the then nascent cell, The Chain, found him and brought him in to their fold, helping Tienne find both himself and his feet after the trauma of exile. Like the rest of The Chain, Tienne frequently quests into the River of Dream, leading to his Lightbringer calls for unity amongst the Fallen to fall on the spiritual and philosophical side of the spectrum, rather than the hard-headedly political.
